Built around each client
Each client’s QA form becomes its own scorecard, with that client’s questions, scoring method, and pass mark.
Client requirementsLess time listening and copying
Calls are scored for you, with the quote and moment behind each finding. Reviewers confirm or correct instead of starting from scratch.

Client scorecards
Each client’s form, scored its way.
Harlow’s compliance form adds its own identity, 1099-C and Regulation B questions to the standard checks and fails a call on any auto-fail question. Calloway’s network form scores Compliance and Fundamental separately. Leucadia scores each call on its client’s form, and marks what a recording cannot show as Unanswered instead of guessing.

Leucadia takes on the repetitive steps of call QA, so reviewers and supervisors spend their time deciding, coaching, and answering to clients.
